Join us at The Heart Center office as we surrender to the silence and a deeper knowing through our heart space.  Establishing a discipline of a regular meditation and/or contemplation practice is one of the most important steps we can take in our spiritual path.  It is widely known now that meditation and/or quieting the mind, as it is more popularly called, reduces stress, increases focus, helps to balance and harmonize the body, and promotes more respectful and joyous interactions with others, since it produces a more peaceful and relaxed state of being.
