If you stand near Liz, you are likely to hear her say something like, “The Heart Center vision is a state of consciousness where our minds, bodies, and spirits can soar to their greatest potential…the expression of our uniqueness and our true nature.”
Healing sessions with Liz generally involve Reiki and a focused use of intuition. She uses the various modalities, combined with intuitive direction, to bring people to a more whole, happy version of themselves.
“Our minds expand through contemplation, meditation and relaxation,” she says. “Our bodies are our earthly temple, and we visualize them whole, healthy and balanced through our dedication to organically grown foods, a self sustainable environment, self-care, and rejuvenating activities, holistic healing approaches, and an intimate and caring connection to Mother Nature. As a result, our spirits are lifted to new heights and the realization of our true beauty, purity, wholeness, love, and kindness, reunites us with Spirit, God, the Father, and our very own Christ consciousness.”
